We offer the following payment options:
Credit card
Es a form will open in which you must enter your credit card details. We will charge the account when we send the ordered goods to you.
PayPal
You will be redirected to PayPal and have to log in and follow the instructions from Paypal.
Purchase on account (Pay later with Klarna)
Pay conveniently by invoice after you have received the goods. Klarna also offers the option of payment by installments.
Instant bank transfer
After completing the order process, you will be redirected to the corresponding homepage. Please log in and follow the instructions of the payment provider.
Coupon code
If you have received a voucher code, you can enter the code in the field provided at checkout. If your voucher code does not work, the code is either no longer active, has already been used or the promotional period has expired.

Cancel order
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to [email protected] stating your order number. As long as the order has not yet been packed, we can cancel it. After the order has been successfully canceled, you will receive an info mail and we will refund your payment immediately.
If your shipment has already been prepared for dispatch, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order. You can make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days after you have received the goods and return the goods to us.

Can I ride my JAYKAY electric longboard on public roads | sidewalks?
In Germany, the operation of electric longboards, as with regular skateboards and longboards, is currently only allowed in areas free of traffic regulations and on private property. Legalization at the legislative level is currently in progress.
Other countries have different regulations. You should take these into account before buying.
What happens to my board if I fall or bounce?
The electronics detect if a rider moves away from the board. As soon as a distance of 2-3 meters is exceeded, the board rolls out.
Is it possible to exchange the roles?
The urethane castors can be changed quickly and easily. Replacement castors in different colors and sizes are available in our store at es . The motor does NOT need to be replaced.
Can I also split the e-axis into two decks?
Of course! However, the range and power are then halved and the e-axis can overheat faster due to the heavier load. For the second deck, another controller can be purchased.
In principle, we recommend driving the e-axles in pairs. Only for children or light adults up to about 45 kilos a single e-axis would be conceivable.
What is the maximum weight of the driver?
As long as the rider is carried by the board, they can also ride es with our e-axles. Only the range, maximum speed and flexibility may suffer.

Which batteries are used?
Carriage in passenger aircraft
The electric longboard axles are under the maximum allowed nominal energy of 100 Wh / device (single axle) and therefore theoretically allowed to be carried in hand luggage.
However, in our experience, flight safety sometimes arbitrarily refuses to allow devices with built-in lithium batteries to be carried, even if es is permitted by regulation.
The electric fin exceeds the maximum allowable rated energy and must NOT be carried in the passenger aircraft.

Are the batteries replaceable?
Unfortunately, no. To ensure the full tightness of the e-Fin, we have to grout the entire inner cavity with a compaction measure.
Important to know: The battery has a minimum life of 500 charging cycles. After that, the battery is not broken, but gradually loses its full capacity.

Take-back conditions
We can only guarantee you a full refund if all items are returned in the same condition they were in when they were delivered. The items must not be damaged, soiled, altered or driven.
If items are still returned, the purchase amount will not be refunded and we will send the items back to you. Please also note our return period of 14 days. Outside the return period, we can not take back the items.
If your ordered product(s) should have a defect, please contact our customer service immediately after you have received them. Customer Service. You can also send us photos of the defect directly, so that we can find a solution for you as soon as possible!
Return
You can return your order within 14 days after you have received it. It is important that the products are unused and returned in the same condition in which you received them.
Here's how :
1. pack the items you do not want to keep and return them in the condition in which you received them. Then you can simply pack the items in a box, seal the package, stamp the package and send it to the following address: JAYKAY GmbH, Heidachstr. 70/2, 88079 Kressbronn, Germany
2) After the package is delivered to the shipping company, we recommend that you keep the delivery receipt so that you are covered in the event that the package is lost by the shipping company.
After the arrival of your return, we will check the returned items and then issue a credit to your chosen payment method. Please note that in the case of a complete return, any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

We ship all products from our German warehouse within Europe.
You can choose between regular shipping (3-5 days shipping time) and express shipping (1-2 days shipping time).
Customers are responsible for paying additional costs such as duties and taxes.

Exchange information
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible, as we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired product. If you would like to exchange an item, simply reorder your desired item and return your first order to us. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return.
