  • Starboard Deluxe boards require slightly customized adapters. For this please leave a comment.
SLIDE-IN Box
  • Fin mounting is done with a locking pin
  • Minimum dimensions of the fin box: L:180mm W:18mm
SMART-LOCK
  • Fin mounting is done by a clip on the rear part of the fin mount.
  • Minimum dimensions of the fin box: L:165mm W:9mm

Housing

The housing of the e-Fin is made of extremely robust polycarbonate and is completely dust and waterproof according to protection class IP68.

Batteries

Each fin contains 12 21700 lithium-ion batteries with a total capacity of 222 Wh.

Motor/Propeller

The motor can be controlled continuously and set in 3 modes: Automatic, Manual, Off

Board

The intelligent battery management system protects the batteries by preventing deep or overcharging of the batteries. Through Bluetooth, the e-Fin communicates with the controller completely wirelessly.

Charging port

Intelligent, automatic on-off switching, which is integrated in the magnetic charging port, among other things.

Good product, the only drawback is (of course you only notice it when you use the product) that there is a clear acoustic background noise, which is an obstacle to relaxed gliding on the board without aids.
I would limit my use of the e-Fin to windy and especially upwind conditions. Without aids, this could be very strenuous in the past.

Excellent products the E Fine

I bought the E Fine some time ago. And tested it now. I came to the conclusion that the E Fine [Patel board Aqua Marina] fits perfectly with the Atapter. As a beginner, you shouldn't underestimate the E Fine. As a professional I have blown into the water several times. I give 5 points for the rating because the product IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Makes a lot of fun. And when you sometimes don't feel like rowing, the E Fine does its job. I also tried es with 2 people on the board. The communication with the company is impeccable and they make every effort to help their customers. Conclusion I recommend the E Fine and would buy it again at any time. PS. I have also tested the E Fine in heavy swell, excellent thrust.
