SALES/ MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER / ASSISTANT (M/F/D) FULL/PART-TIME
We are a young and innovative e-mobility company that will change this fast-growing market with the development and production of small electric drives in all-in design. Our product portfolio currently includes the e-Fin for stand-up paddle boards and the electric longboard axle.
The continuously growing demand for electric means of transportation is creating numerous exciting opportunities for us to enrich the world of sports and lifestyle articles with their ingenious micro-drives.
In order to properly support our rapidly growing business, we are looking for a Sales/Marketing Operations Manager/ Assistant (M/F/D) at our company headquarters in Kressbronn at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager with customers, dealers and
sales agents, management and communication - Support of marketplaces and online customers
- Preparation of sales and marketing materials
- Supervision of our test center program
- Answering customer inquiries
- Order entry, invoice and credit note creation
- Support in the dispatch of customer orders
- Supporting the team with all sales and marketing tasks/inquiries
- Supporting the team with demand and inventory planning
- Support at trade fairs and events

Your skillset
For these tasks, you should have very good written and spoken German and English skills. You are a team player with a talent for communication, have no fear of contact with other nationalities and cultures and have good assertiveness. You enjoy sales and marketing tasks, and working on customer satisfaction and growth in a team is in your genes. You can work self-efficiently and are es used to tackling tasks and independently taking on all activities necessary for the success of the company in your area of work.
