Ralf Puschmann becomes new CEO at e-mobility company JAYKAY

The up-and-coming e-mobility company JAYKAY from Kressbronn on Lake Constance is getting reinforcements: Ralf Puschmann is joining the founding team of Isabell Armbruster-Kuhlmann, Benedict Johannes Kuhlmann and Daniel Jäger as the new CEO with immediate effect. Together with the experienced manager, JAYKAY now wants to continue to grow and develop new, high-quality electric mobility solutions with revolutionary technology.

Specifically, JAYKAY focuses on the development and manufacture of small electric drives in an all-in design. The product portfolio of the company, which was founded in 2015, currently includes e-Fin for stand-up paddle boards and electric longboard axles. Due to the continuously growing demand for electric means of transportation, JAYKAY also has numerous other exciting opportunities to integrate ingenious micro-drives into a wide range of everyday applications.

Ralf Puschmann is also convinced of this. The versatile manager can look back on over 30 years of experience in the sports and lifestyle industry. Most recently, the 51-year-old ran the boutique consultancy "The Sport Solutions" together with his business partner, which supports international companies in developing their European sales. Prior to this, Ralf Puschmann was Managing Director of the European organization of HICKIES, a New York start-up that markets innovative elastic shoelaces. The HICKIES brand is now also firmly established in the Lake Constance region. The new JAYKAY CEO started his career at PUMA SE in Herzogenaurach, where he gained extensive experience in product marketing, merchandising and sales in a managerial role.

He would now like to contribute his extensive expertise to the further development of JAYKAY: "I am very much looking forward to my new role and am convinced that we will inspire consumers and retailers alike with our innovative products." The e-mobility company is already a leader in the e-Fin segment. In the current year, JAYKAY would now like to expand this position even further and both further develop existing products and add new ones to the portfolio.
